Knee - aspiration and injection

• If the aspirate is cloudy send for MC&S and crystals

• If the effusion is clear consider Steriod

The video clip is demonstrating the colour of this moderate effusion. injection of steroid was not performed as the aspirate looked a little cloudy as if there might be infection.
